919 Commercial LLC is owned by Dan Smith, a licensed commercial real estate broker that operates out of the Raleigh/Durham market and serves Central North Carolina. Dan has been a Commercial Real Estate Broker since 2009 and completed his CCIM designation in 2013. Dan has completed millions of dollars in sales and was awarded the Trailblazer award in 2014, 2016 and 2017 by TCAR, the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors. Dan partners with architects, engineers, developers and other brokers to get results for his clients.

Dan's background includes 13 years in the US Army as a Armor/Cavalry officer and founder of a manufactured stone company. Dan is a Raleigh native and a graduate of Appalachian State University.
