Jimmy Johns has signed a lease to occupy a 1200sf space at 2219 Airport Blvd NW in Wilson,NC. Dan Smith represented the landlord in this transaction and they are anticipating opening late 2017. There is still one more 1200sf space to lease at this location.
Dan Smith represented Benton Technologies as they are moving to a new office space at 2232 Page road in Durham,NC next month. They had outgrown their current space in Raleigh and Dan was able to find them a suitable space and negotiated a 3 year lease.
