919 Commercial has had a very productive last few months.  Dan Smith represented Bee Safe self Storage in the purchase of an outparcel at Gateway Commons in Wake Forest.  They will be building a climate controlled self storage facility on that site.

 

Dan Smith represented the landlord at 1010 Martin Luther King Jr Parkway in Durham,NC and Joe Lyle represented Planet Fitness in a lease recently signed for 30,000sf of this 107,000sf building.  Planet Fitness projects to be open late 2017.

 

Jimmy Johns has signed a lease to occupy a 1200sf space at 2219 Airport Blvd NW in Wilson,NC.  Dan Smith represented the landlord in this transaction and they are anticipating opening late 2017.  There is still one more 1200sf space to lease at this location. 

 

Dan Smith represented Benton Technologies as they are moving to a new office space at 2232 Page road in Durham,NC next month.  They had outgrown their current space in Raleigh and Dan was able to find them a suitable space and negotiated a 3 year lease.
