Dan Smith and 919 Commercial represented PHP of NC in the purchase of 4125 Ben Franklin Blvd in Durham, NC.  This is a 17,000sf Medical building and they will occupy over half of the building.  Financing was provided by Yadkin Bank with a SBA loan.  It was good working with Pickett Sprouse that represented the seller.
