1500 Gatewood Ave, 3515 Lynhaven Dr., and 3936 McIntosh St Greensboro,NC were all listed as a multifamily portfolio.   All three of these properties sold individually to three separate buyers in May of 2016. The properties were bank owned and 919 Commercial successfully found the right buyers and was able to get the most value from these properties by splitting the portfolio up.
