Dan Smith and 919 Commercial represented Love Sales in the purchase of a NNN Leased Sherwin Williams store at 5008 N Roxboro St in Durham, NC.  The investment property has 9.5 years left on the lease and was purchased at a 6% cap rate.  I had been on the lookout for a good investment property with a long term lease to a credit tenant for about 2 years and we put this property under contract within 2 days of it being listed.  Sherwin Williams credit makes this an excellent investment and they average about 30 years at each location and this one was built in 2002.
