Raleigh-Durham area commercial real estate sales top $1 billion — in 3 months
The Triangle’s commercial real estate capital markets logged more than $1 billion in major property acquisition deals in the first quarter 2016, a 56 percent increase compared to the year prior, according to a Triangle Business Journal study of local property sales.
